From “Betsy Ross” appearing in the library to making props for the parade, there were all kinds of activities surrounding the annual Patriotic Day parade and assembly. Officer Joseph Chatman was the special guest at the event.
Due to possible severe weather on Thursday, the JA Home Opener vs Canton has been rescheduled for Friday at 4pm at Raider Field. There will be no JV game played.
6th graders are eligible to participate in Track and Field at JA. Practice starts Monday the 24th at Raider Park from 3:20 to a little after 4:00 Monday and Wednesday. The JA Lady Raiders and Raiders both advanced in the Quarterfinal (Elimination) Round of the AAA-Division 1 Tournament at Jackson Prep on Thursday.
