Through visual and performing arts, students develop critical life skills, including poise, self-confidence, focus, and a positive work ethic. The Jackson Academy Arts Guild (JAAG) is the booster club for the Arts. The goal of JAAG is to provide each department- band, visual arts, choral music, and theatre- with items needed to help ensure students’ success, such as instruments and film equipment or field trips to an art museum for a hands-on learning experience.
Your financial support of JAAG is an investment in JA students, as it provides them with the extra support they need to discover their talents and aptitudes. JAAG also sponsors the annual JA Talent Show, which is a great opportunity to showcase JA’s talented students, build their confidence, and bring the JA community together.
