Congratulations to our Cross Country teams as they finish the season. Curt Knight placed 1st in the MAIS overall for boys, and Erin Hederman took 2nd for the girls this past weekend. Earlier, girls team won 1st place and the boys won 2nd place in the MAIS N AAA meet. In the N AAA boys division, Curt Knight finished 1st and Bracken Ray was 3rd. The girls swept the first five spots of N AAA with Kate McDowell in 1st, Erin Hederman in 2nd, Skylar Alexander in 3rd, Camille Couey in 4th, and Savannah Swalley in 5th.

Jackson Academy's Preschool students discovered last week that the everyday heroes in our community are worth celebrating. During Community Helpers Week, Preschoolers engaged in fun, interactive activities, encountering along the way important people who keep our community safe and healthy. They learned about helping others with a positive attitude while meeting real-life heroes, including dentists, doctors, nurses, highway patrol officers, and firefighters.
