Jackson Academy was named Best Private School in the Clarion Ledger’s 2026 Community’s Choice Awards. The annual reader poll recognizes the most admired businesses, organizations, and people in the metro area, and this year’s win is the school’s sixth.
Voters also chose JA’s After School Program and Summer Camp as the Best After School/Summer Camp Program, a title the school has won every year since the category debuted in 2024.
JA was a finalist in three other categories: the JA Carnival for Best Festival/Event, the JA Performing Arts Center for Best Live Performance Venue and the school for Best Place to Work.
