JA Students Recognized as Changemakers

Goodwill Industries will honor Jackson Academy seniors Morgan Cheatham, Crystal Gao, and Shelby Grant on August 21 at the Country Club of Jackson as Goodwill Salute Outstanding Youth Volunteers for 2025. Each year, Goodwill recognizes young leaders who positively impact their schools and communities through compassion, leadership, and service.

Kicking Off the School Year With Excitement

The halls of Jackson Academy are once again buzzing with energy as the 2025–2026 school year officially begins. The week was a vibrant mix of tradition, new beginnings, and reconnecting with friends. Before the first day, students and families attended New Student Orientation and Meet the Teacher events. The air was filled with anticipation and the contagious excitement of a new year full of opportunity.
