Students Honor Veterans Through Song and Celebration

On November 11, 1919, Americans observed the first Armistice Day to honor those who served in World War I. Now known as Veterans Day, this special observance offers Americans the opportunity to express gratitude to all who have served our nation in uniform. Jackson Academy honored veterans through meaningful programs and activities that united students, faculty, and families in appreciation.

Fourth grade students took the stage last week to present their annual Mississippi Program, a musical celebration of the Magnolia State's influential figures and lasting contributions to our nation. Through songs and presentations, students showcased the remarkable people and achievements that make Mississippi a source of pride for all who call it home.
