JA Homecoming 2014
Jackson Academy celebrated Homecoming 2014 with a host of activities centered on the theme “Around the World.” Throughout the week Upper School students had special dress days including Tacky Tourist, Field Day, and Act Your Age. A school wide food drive to benefit the Animal Rescue Fund was organized by the student council and the food was given to the ARF representatives at the Homecoming Pep Rally. On Friday night, JA played Pillow Academy, the Homecoming Court was presented, alumni events were held, grades ten through twelve enjoyed a dance, and the freshman class enjoyed a 5th quarter party. JA won the game 22—3. Senior Kristen Clower was named Homecoming Queen at halftime.
