Homecoming 2026: A Week to Remember

October 13, 2026 / Preschool/Lower School/Middle School/Upper School/Athletics/All News

Homecoming Week was a storybook from start to finish. Students from K2 through twelfth grade celebrated with dress days, pep rallies, and class competitions. The week ended with a 34-0 Raider win and the community celebrating Homecoming Queen Liza Benner and her court.

Every day brought a new chapter, beginning Monday with Once Upon a Time, when fairytale and book characters took over campus. Dress days kept the pages turning with Plot Twist Tuesday, Book Besties and Dynamic Duos, Wild Things Wednesday safari looks, a Reading Rainbow of class colors, and Act Your Age Day in the Upper School, where ninth graders went as babies and seniors as senior citizens. Clash of the Classes added some friendly competition, with each grade showing off its colors. This was the first year for Middle School to participate! The week ended with Raider Fan Friday and our annual neighborhood parade lining the streets of Sheffield before kickoff. At halftime, the spotlight turned to the 2026–2027 Homecoming Court, and the final chapter of the week began.
