An informational meeting, Paying for College: Financial Aid and College Scholarships, will be held Thursday, December 5, from 12:00-1:00 p.m. in the Black Box Theatre located in the PAC.
Parents of juniors and seniors are invited to attend.

The site notes that volunteers are believed to live longer, manage stress better, experience less depression, and have greater life satisfaction. Service also has a ripple effect, influencing peers to get involved.
Belhaven University will honor nine alumni in September, and Kerri Sanders, Jackson Academy’s Director of Performing Arts is among the honorees. Selected for her contribution to excellence in the arts, Sanders joins a distinguished group of alumni who have made an imprint within their professions. Belhaven will host a banquet in their honor on September 27.
Jackson Academy has announced the students who have been elected to the homecoming court for 2024. These students will be honored during Homecoming festivities on October 4, beginning with a pep rally presentation of the court and culminating in the formal recognition of the court and the presentation of the Homecoming Queen at halftime of the JA -Madison St. Joe football game. First grade attendants to the court are the children of JA faculty and staff members.
