Students, families, and friends from across the Jackson community filled Raider Field last Tuesday for the 2026 Jackson Academy Carnival, a fall festival tradition that brings our whole community together. It was an evening full of laughter, games, amazing costumes, and great memories.
This year, the carousel made a return and took center stage, giving riders of all ages a turn on a classic carousel horse. The fun began earlier in the day as classes visited the Carnival Bake Sale, stocked with homemade and store-bought treats donated by JA families. Students also toured the Pumpkin Decorating Contest display, admiring the creations of their Preschool and Lower School classmates.
As evening arrived, attendees enjoyed bouncy houses, rides, classic carnival games, food trucks, face painting, and so much more.
One of the longest-running festivals in the Jackson area, the Carnival has brought generations of families together on JA’s campus. It’s a night when current families, alumni, and neighbors share in the spirit that makes JA feel like home, and it’s made possible by parents who give their time and creativity to our community.
A heartfelt thank you to the Jackson Academy Association, the Carnival Board, and every volunteer who made this year’s Carnival such a success!
