Jackson Academy is an independent, nonsectarian day school serving grades K3-12 on a 38-acre campus located in northeast Jackson, MS. JA is designated as an Apple Distinguished School and currently serves approximately 1300 students and 200 professional faculty and staff.

Recognizing that students have a wide range of abilities, needs, and interests, Jackson Academy believes that the educational program of the school must include not only the intellectual, but also the cultural, physical, social, moral, and democratic development of each student.
